Just a short bike ride from our campsite, you'll find this stunning area full of vast forests and rolling heathlands. It’s the perfect place to experience the slow-paced life of Twente. Surrounded by towering trees and open fields, you’re guaranteed to unwind!

This unique nature reserve has remained undiscovered and is wonderfully quiet. That doesn’t mean you’ll be bored, though—there’s plenty to do in the Sallandse Heuvelrug!

Cruise through the diverse landscape at 25 km/h on a Green Scooter and explore the most beautiful spots. Or hop in a Green Buggy, which goes up to 30 km/h and fits up to six people—perfect for a fun group adventure!

Prefer a more active trip? The various hills, including the Noetselerberg and Holterberg, are great for hiking, running, cycling, and mountain biking. With numerous trails, you can explore all the different landscapes of the Sallandse Heuvelrug.

No bike with you? No worries! At our campsite near the Sallandse Heuvelrug, you can easily rent an (electric) bike, road bike, or mountain bike to head out and explore!
